About this service
A Telegram Mini App is a web app that opens inside Telegram, and that changes the rules: users are logged in through their Telegram account, screens must fit the chat window on a phone and follow the Telegram theme, and payments for digital goods go through Telegram Stars. We write a specification that covers how the app is launched, every screen, the main button and back button behavior, sign-in, payments, notifications and the admin side. Developers who know the Telegram platform can quote and build from it.
What is included
- What you getA Mini App specification with goals, launch points, screen list and contents, sign-in and payment flows, notifications, admin features and open questions, as formatted text; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.

- 2PlanningWe map launch, screens and payments
- 3SpecYou get a specification for developers
What we need from you
What the Mini App does and for whom, where users will open it from, what they can buy or book, examples of Mini Apps you like and whether you already have a Telegram channel or community.
We will ask you:
- What should the Mini App do?
- Where will users open it from?
- Will users pay inside the app?
- Do you need an admin panel, and who will use it?

- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.

Questions and answers
Do payments have to go through Telegram Stars?
For digital goods and services inside Telegram, Stars are the required method under current platform rules; physical goods can use card payment providers. Platform rules change, so the spec flags this for your developer to confirm.
Will the app also work in a normal browser?
It can, if you want it to. The spec states which features rely on Telegram and what happens when the app is opened outside it.
Will you build the Mini App?
No, this service is the specification only.
