4.1 Booking

  • A client can book if they have a valid pass or pay for a single class.
  • Class capacity is set per room (Room A: 18, Room B: 10).
  • When a class is full, the client can join a waitlist; if a place opens, the first person in line gets it and receives an email and text message.

4.2 Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before class; the pass credit returns.
  • Later cancellation or a no-show uses up the credit.

4.3 Payments

About this service

Many projects already have a spec, just scattered: a chat with the founder, three email threads, meeting notes and a draft from last year that contradict each other. You paste that material into the brief, and we sort it into one structured specification, keep every decision that was made, flag contradictions and mark what is still undecided. Your team gets one source of truth instead of a pile of messages.

What is included

  • What you getOne structured specification built from your material, with goals, users, features, decisions and their source, a list of contradictions to resolve and open questions, as formatted text; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.
  • One structureGoals, users, features and constraints in order
  • Decisions keptWith a note of where each came from
  • ContradictionsWhere your sources disagree
  • GapsWhat nobody has decided yet
  • Clean wordingChat shorthand turned into clear requirements

How it works

  1. 1
BriefYou paste notes, emails and drafts
  2. 2
SortingWe group, deduplicate and check for conflicts
  3. 3
SpecYou get one document and a conflict list

What we need from you

Your notes, emails, chat excerpts and drafts pasted as text into the brief, with dates where you have them, and which source wins when they disagree.

We will ask you:

  • What is the project, in one or two sentences?
  • Which source is the most recent or authoritative?
  • Who will use the finished spec?
  • Is anything in the material confidential and best left out?

Questions and answers

Can I attach the files instead of pasting?

This order takes text only. Copy the relevant parts of emails, notes and drafts into the brief; screenshots of key diagrams can go as a link.

Do you decide which version is right when sources conflict?

No. We follow the rule you give us and list every conflict, so the final call stays with your team.

How much text can I paste?

Up to about 3,000 words in Basic, 10,000 in Standard and 25,000 in Premium.
