About this service
An online school platform has to serve very different people at once: students who watch lessons and submit homework, teachers or curators who check it, and managers who sell access and track payments. We write a specification that describes all three sides: course structure, lesson types, homework review, tests and certificates, access by tariff and date, payments and installments, notifications and reports. Use it to brief developers or to check whether a ready platform like Teachable, Thinkific or GetCourse fits.
What is included
- What you getA platform specification with goals, roles, course and lesson structure, homework and testing flows, access and payment rules, notifications, reports and open questions, as formatted text; any time or cost figures are rough guidance, not a quote.
- RolesStudent, teacher or curator, manager, admin
- Course structureModules, lessons, drip schedule, deadlines
- Homework and testsSubmission, review, grades, certificates
- Access and paymentsTariffs, installments, refunds, access end
- ReportsProgress, completion and sales
How it works
- 1BriefYou describe courses, team and tariffs
- 2PlanningWe map each role and process
- 3SpecYou get a specification for developers
What we need from you
Your courses and formats, how students learn and get feedback, tariffs and payment options, who works on the school team, the platform you use now if any and what does not suit you in it.
We will ask you:
- What do you teach, and in what formats?
- How do students get feedback on homework?
- What tariffs and payment options do you offer?
- Are you moving from another platform?

Payment protection
You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.
- Fixed priceThe package price does not change after you pay.
- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Is it cheaper to use a ready platform?
Often yes for a start. The spec lets you check which platform covers your rules and where custom development would really pay off.
Do you cover moving students from the old platform?
Yes: what data must be moved, how access is kept and how students are told, listed as a separate migration section.
Can you write the course content as well?
Not here. Course programs and lessons are a separate service in our catalog.
