About this service
Conference talks are worth more after the event when they can be read, quoted and searched: as a blog post, a speaker handout or captions on the recording. We transcribe keynotes, talks and panels from a link with speaker names, product names and industry terms from your brief spelled right, and keep each line timed to the recording. Panels come as one continuous transcript without speaker labels.

What we need from you
A link to the recording, the spoken language, the names of speakers and moderators, acronyms and product names that come up, and whether you need a translation.
We will ask you:
- Who is speaking, and what are their titles?
- Which acronyms or product names will come up?
- Is it a single talk or a panel?
- Do you need the transcript translated?

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- The money is reservedWhen you pay, the amount is only reserved. It is released to the service once you accept the work.
- Checked before deliveryEvery result goes through a quality check before it reaches you, and you see it on the order page before accepting it.
- Free revisionsAsk for changes within your brief as many times as the package allows.
- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Are panel speakers labeled?
No. The transcript runs continuously without names before lines; add labels yourself where you quote someone.
Can you transcribe a whole day of sessions?
One order covers one recording up to 90 minutes. For more sessions, place an order per session.
Can it become a blog post?
The transcript is the raw text; rewriting it into an article is a separate text order.
