About this service
The captions YouTube generates on its own often get names, brands and slang wrong, and they cannot be edited in bulk. We make subtitles timed to your video from a link, with names and terms from your brief spelled exactly, as an SRT file you upload in YouTube Studio under Subtitles. The same text comes as a VTT file and a plain transcript you can paste into the description.

Questions and answers
How do I add the file to YouTube?
In YouTube Studio open the video, go to Subtitles, choose the language and upload the SRT file "with timing".
Does the video have to be public?
No. Unlisted works, or a file in cloud storage that opens by link. Private videos cannot be opened.
What if a word is misheard?
Send the subtitles back for revision and point out what to fix. Revisions within the package are free.
