About this service
Follow-along workout videos live or die on cues: viewers need to know what is next, how many reps are left and how to keep their form while they are out of breath. We write the warm-up, each exercise with form cues and common mistakes, timing for work and rest, on-screen text and an easier and harder option for each move. The talking is short during work intervals and fuller during rests, which is where trainers usually get it wrong.

Questions and answers
Do you create the training program?
We script your program. If you only give a goal and level, we build a sequence from common exercises for healthy adults, and you check it as the coach.
Is the workout safe for everyone?
No workout fits everyone. The script opens with a note to consult a doctor in case of health conditions, and every hard move has an easier option.
How much do I talk during the intervals?
Little: one or two short cues while viewers work, and the fuller explanations go into the rests.
