We proofread German texts by Duden rules, with capitalised nouns, the tricky German comma and ß or ss as used in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. French texts are checked for accents, past participle agreement and French typography: guillemets « » and the non-breaking space before colons, semicolons, question and exclamation marks, used in France but not in Switzerland or Canada. Your style stays as it is; we correct errors and keep terms consistent.

- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
Can one order include both German and French?
Yes, as long as the total length fits your package. Mark which part is which.
Will you change ss to ß for Switzerland?
No. Swiss German uses ss, and we keep it if your readers are in Switzerland.
Do you rewrite sentences?
No, proofreading fixes errors only. Unclear sentences are flagged with a suggestion.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes, within the revisions of your package.
