Sales proposal: office cleaning for a coworking space
Your situation
Maple Hub is growing fast: 40 new members since spring, events three evenings a week and a kitchen that never sleeps. In our walk-through you mentioned three pain points: kitchens that look tired by noon, meeting rooms not reset after events, and a current contractor who skips tasks without telling you.
What we propose
Daily evening clean (Mon–Fri, 7–10 pm) plus a midday kitchen refresh (12:30–1:30 pm), so your space looks good both for morning members and for lunch.
| Area | Daily | Weekly |
|---|---|---|
| Open workspace | Desks wiped, bins emptied, floors vacuumed | Chairs and screens dusted |
| Kitchens (2) | Full clean evening + midday refresh, dishwasher loaded/unloaded | Fridge clear-out every Friday |
| Meeting rooms (5) | Reset to standard layout, whiteboards cleaned | Upholstery spot clean |
| Restrooms (4) | Full clean and restock twice a day | Deep clean of grout and fixtures |
| Event space | Reset the morning after every event | — |
How we make sure it's done
- Checklist per room, signed off each night with a photo of kitchens and restrooms
- A dedicated site supervisor who visits weekly and is reachable by phone
- Monthly 15-minute review with your community manager: what went well, what to change
- If a task on the checklist is missed, we fix it within 24 hours at no cost
Investment
| Package | Monthly price |

About this service
Your biggest client is usually also your biggest risk: one lost contact or a new procurement policy can take a large share of revenue with it. We write a key account plan from your notes and documents: the client's goals and pressures, a map of the people involved and how strong your relationship is with each, where you could grow (new departments, products, regions), the risks to watch, and a quarter of actions with owners. You can attach account notes, contracts summaries or sales history as PDF, Word or Excel files.

What we need from you
Who the client is, what they buy and how much, the people you deal with and their roles, how the relationship has gone, known plans or problems on their side, and your growth goal for the account.
We will ask you:
- Who is the client, and what do they buy from you?
- Who are the people you work with there?
- What growth do you want from this account?
- What could make you lose this client?

Questions and answers
Is it safe to share client details?
Share only what you are allowed to. You can replace names with roles and round the numbers; the plan works the same.
Can you read our CRM export?
Yes, as an Excel file or PDF. We read the values, and the files we return contain text and tables without live formulas.
Can we share the plan with the client?
The internal version includes risks and blockers. Ask in the brief for a client-facing summary for a joint business review.
