Revisions
How many changes your package includes, what a revision covers and how to ask for one.
A revision is a change to a delivered result. You ask for one when the work does not yet match your brief.
How many revisions you get
Each package states how many revisions it includes. The order page shows how many are left.
What a revision covers
A revision changes the result within the scope of the original brief: fix what does not match, add what was asked for, adjust the tone. A request that goes beyond the brief, such as a new topic or a larger volume, is a new order.
How to ask
When a result is delivered, the order page shows a form under it. Describe what to change or add and send the request: the order goes back to work.
When the revised result is delivered, its own 3 days for acceptance start: if within 3 days you neither accept it nor ask for changes again, it is accepted automatically.
No revisions left
If the package has no revisions left and something is still wrong, write in the order chat. While we sort it out, the order is not accepted automatically. See also Refunds.
Social media services
Social media services include no revisions: they start automatically.
The rules are in the terms of service, clauses 6.2 and 6.4.
Questions and answers
Does a revision cost extra?
No. The revisions included in the package are part of its price.
Can I change the task in a revision?
Only within the original brief. A different or larger task is a new order.
What if the revisions did not fix the result?
Use the "Report a problem" form on the order page or write in the order chat. We will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Did not find the answer?
Questions about an order are best asked in its chat; anything else: [email protected].
