Companies must answer a valid data request in a set time, one month under GDPR and 45 days under CCPA, but vague emails are easy to ignore. We write a request that cites the right articles or sections, says exactly what you want (a copy of your data with its sources and recipients, deletion, correction or opting out of sale) and identifies you without oversharing. You send it to the company's privacy contact yourself.

You pay when you order, but the money is released only for accepted work.

- Acceptance after 3 daysIf within 3 days of delivery you neither accept the work nor ask for changes, it is accepted automatically. If you write in the order chat after delivery, the order waits; once we answer, we may start the 3 days again and will say so in the chat.
- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
What if the company ignores the request?
Send the reminder. Under GDPR you can then complain to your data protection authority, which we name in the reminder.
Do I have to prove who I am?
The company may ask for reasonable proof. Do not send more ID than they need, and never send passwords.
Do companies outside the EU have to answer?
Under GDPR, yes, if they offer services to people in the EU. CCPA covers businesses that meet California's thresholds.
