- Redo or a full refundIf the result does not match your brief and the revisions did not fix it, or the work takes more than twice its deadline, write in the order chat: we will redo the work or refund the payment in full.
Questions and answers
My brand is not registered. Can I still report?
Trademark reports usually need a registration. If they copied your photos or texts, a copyright report may fit instead, and we say which one applies.
Do you file the report for me?
No. Only the rights owner or their agent can file, from your own platform account. You paste our text into the form.
Will the listing be removed?
The platform decides. A complete, accurate report has the best chance of being acted on quickly.
